FIT FLOW is a movement-based class designed to build strength, mobility, and body awareness. Blending elements of PT, corrective exercise, and yoga, this class uses small weights and supportive props to help you move better, breathe easier, and feel more aligned. Expect slow, intentional flows that release tension, improve joint stability, and re-train healthy movement patterns. FIT FLOW offers a powerful and balanced approach to movement. All levels welcome; modifications and progressions provided. This class is especially supportive for those returning to movement, seeking to prevent injury, or wanting a mindful complement to higher-intensity training.
