The Knot Climbing Gym Membership Agreement

Membership Terms

By signing up for a membership at The Knot Climbing Gym, you agree to the following terms and conditions as outlined in our official Membership Agreement.

Billing & Payments

• ✔️ Monthly memberships are billed on the 1st of each month.
• ✔️ Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• ✔️ Late payments may result in suspension of membership access.

Membership Freezes & Cancellations

• ✔️ Memberships can be frozen for $8/month with a request submitted by the 25th of the prior month.
• ✔️ Cancellations must be submitted by the 25th of the month to avoid billing for the next cycle.
• ✔️ No refunds for unused time after cancellation.

Code of Conduct & Safety

• ✔️ All members must follow gym safety rules and regulations.
• ✔️ Failure to comply with safety policies may result in suspension or termination of membership.
• ✔️ The Knot Climbing Gym reserves the right to update policies as needed.
